同事務所の監査結果によると、小林歯科医は０３年１１月～昨年１１月、カルテに虚偽記載するなどして、患者２１人分の診療報酬約２５７万円を不正 請求。実際には診療していない分の報酬を架空請求したり、診療を保険点数の高い別の診療に振り替え請求したりしていた。０４年１月～昨年７月には、診療報 酬の算定用件を満たさない不当請求も患者２５人分約１１０万円あったという。
患者から「医療費通知に治療した覚えのない記載がある」などとの情報が寄せられ、同事務所が調べていた。小林歯科医は「経営が苦しく、収入を増やしたかった」と監査結果を認めているという。【岸川弘明】

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
