アトピー性皮膚炎、冬は注意
肌が乾燥してかゆくなり炎症が起こるアトピー性皮膚炎。子供の病気と思われがちだが、実際には若者や中高年でも増えている。
乾燥と寒さによって皮膚のバリア機能が低下するなどの理由で、冬場に悪化しがちだ。幼児期に発症し、いったんは治った人でも再発しやすくなるという。
アトピー性皮膚炎では肌が乾燥してかさかさになり、炎症によって肌の表面がぶつぶつになる。ほとんどはかゆみを伴い、かくと湿疹（しっしん）になる。
冬は室温が乾燥して皮膚が痛みやすいうえに、熱い湯船に長時間つかったり体を洗いすぎたりして保湿効果のある皮脂などがとれてしまいやすい。症状の悪化や再発を招くことがあるので注意が必要だ。
治療は保湿剤を多めにつけ、炎症を起こしている部分にはステロイド薬を塗る。就寝前にはかゆみ止めの抗アレルギー薬を服用するとよい。
「高温多湿の地域から冬に乾燥する地域に引っ越して発症する人もいる。医師の診断を受けて正しい治療を」と東邦大学医療センター大橋病院の向井秀樹教授（皮膚科）は呼び掛けている。
冬のアトピー性皮膚炎の対処法
- 長風呂はせず、せっけんを使いすぎない
- せっけんやシャンプーはよく洗い流す
- 入浴後３０分以内に保湿剤を多めに塗る
- 室内では適温にして、加湿器をつける
- 裏地のゴワゴワした服は直接着ない

Atypical this put up is totaly unrelated to what I was searching google for, but it was once indexed at the first page. I assume your doing something proper if Google likes you enough to position you on the first page of a non related search.

I was curious if you ever thought of changing the page layout of your website? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Fotograf bryllup Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
