寝ている間に頻繁に呼吸が止まる睡眠時無呼吸症候群。メタボリック症候群の原因となり不整脈、糖尿病などの合併症を引き起こすこともあるので要注意だ。
7時間の睡眠時中に10秒以上の無呼吸や低呼吸が30回以上あったり、一時間に5回以上無呼吸や低呼吸があったりすると同症候群と判断される。国内患者約200万人中、病院にかかっているのは10分の１程度。太った人がなりやすく中高年の男性や閉経後の女性に多い。あごが小さい若い人にも増えているという。
睡眠時にのどの周りの筋肉が緩み、重力のため気道が圧迫されて閉塞（へいそく）すると無呼吸になる。日本人は顔の形がやや細長く気道が狭いため閉塞しやすい人が多い。防止には減量や禁煙が効果的。筋肉を緩める飲酒や精神安定剤の服用は避ける。専門の鼻マスクで空気を送り込むと気道が閉じなくなる。
放っておくと自律神経の乱れや血中酸素濃度の低下をもたらす。「寝ている間に頭痛、糖尿病や高血圧症など様々な合併症が進行していくと」御茶ノ水呼吸ケアクリニック（東京千代田区）の村田朗院長は注意を促す。
こんな時には睡眠時無呼吸症候群に注意
- 昼間に眠くなることが多い
- いびきをかく
- 最近集中力が下がった
- 最近太った
- 夜中にトイレに起きることが増えた
- 朝起きると頭痛がする

Although the’ve all seen them, nobody helped, although that was in the center of town, where most cars drive. My husband has stopped quickly in order to help the men. It was very nice, I think. With the help of my husband, everything went faster than without him. The workers were very grateful that he helped in the collection of passenger car tires. I hope they will do anything that they go happily to the target.

Hi just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you know a few of the images aren’t loading correctly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different internet browsers and both show the same results.

When I originally commented I clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Thanks!

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
