今日は深夜に職安通りにあるドンキーホーテ新宿店に体重計を買いに行ってきました。久々にドンキーホーテの店内に入りましたが、以前の迷路のような通路と独特の商品陳列と違い、歩きやすくなって、商品もゆっくりと選ぶ事ができました。
このOMRONの体重計（Karada Scan)では体脂肪率、内臓脂肪レベル、骨格筋率、肥満度を示す国際的な基準であるBMI（理想は２２）、基礎代謝、体年齢を調べることができるとても優秀な体重計です。
これだけの機能が付いて、なんと1万円以下で購入できました。
早速自宅に戻りチェックしてみましたがショックな事に体年齢55歳！その他の数値も肥満レベルに。。。
今日から毎日、エクセルでグラフを付けて、3ヶ月で体重７０キロを目指して頑張ります。
